Hong Kong Local Self-Pickup:

Free for all orders.
Pickup location : Love Skin Shop, 3/F 19 Lan Fong Road, Causeway Bay Hong Kong.
Pickup hours : 1pm - 7pm, Mondays - Saturdays. (hours may varied on public holiday. Please check with us in advance)

Customer to be responsible for the delivery fee by SF Express for orders below HKD800.
We offer free shipping for orders over HKD800.

a flat rate of HKD$350 is charged for all orders. We offer free shipping for orders over HKD3,500.
Lead Time: The estimated lead time for international deliveries is 7-10 working days, subject to customs clearance.
Tax Responsibility: Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination and will be added to your order total during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any sales tax, VAT, or other governmental taxes imposed upon the purchase.
Customs Seizure: Customers shall bear all consequences, including loss, if the product is seized by customs. We are not responsible for any products taken by customs due to non-compliance with local import regulations.
We ship to many countries, e.g. Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, United Kindom. For those are not on the the list above, feel free to contact our customer services and check with us the shipping rates.
